Privacy Policy for MSS


This document is our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect from you and how we use it.
Sysdev Lda. reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices.

Information MSS collects

Device information
Every time a device synchronizes information we collect it's ID, which is an ID generated by the application on the first execution used for Licensing purposes.

Location
The application must be configured by the System administrator to access the device location system to collect GPS coordinates which will be stored in a local database and synchronized to the application server to reference the location where records were saved.

Camera
MSS uses the device camera to take pictures and synchronize them to the application server.

Media Files
The application must be configured by the System administrator to access any media file from the device to be displayed on the Digital Catalog of Products.


At the time of installation, none of the information above is collected by the application. After you configure the application to synchronize with your server, if you or your system administrator activates Location, Camera or Media File usage, the information retrieved will be sent to the server you configured.
The usage that will be given to the information collected will be decided by the administrator of the server that you configured the application to synchronize with.
The information collected will never be sent to Sysdev LDA or any other entity by the application.
