Add a line to a specified table control.

The name of the specified table control. |

The index of the line that the user wants to add. |

The value of the first column of the table. |

| Nth-Value <string> |

The value of the nth-column of the table. |
|
- This action has no effect on the Database Table.
- If the user puts 0 in parameter line, this action adds a line to the end of the table.
- If, for example, have a table with 4 lines and use this action to add a record on line 5 or 6 (and soo far), this action have no effect.
