    Critical Section Is Locked  
This action is used to user knows if a critical section is locked or not.

Parameters

Critical Section Id <numeric>

Defines the handler for critical section. There are 10 pre-defined handlers for critical sections.
   
Target <unquoted string>

Defines the variable or control that stores the result of this action.
