This event is triggered when the plane of the current form changes. |

- Actions that change the current plane like GotoPlane or NextPlane trigger this event.
- When the form opens in a plane different from plane 0 by calling ShowForm and specifying a different plane this event is triggered after the OpenForm event and before the AfterOpenFormevent. But if there is code in the "Open Form" event, and that code changes the current plane, then the event is executed by the call that changed the plane, and will not be executed again after the OpenForm event.
