Sets internal system time to a specified time.
Parameters
Time string
The system time that user wants to set.

- The time set must be in format "HHMMSS" where HH represents the Hour, MM represents the Minutes and SS represents the Seconds.
- On Android, this Action only works if the device is Rooted.
