Checks if your device currently has internet or not.
Parameters
Target of Connected<numeric>
1 - Is connected to the internet, 0 - Is not connected.
Target of Metered<numeric>
1 - The internet connection is metered, 0 - The internet connection is not metered.
Note: This parameter is not reliable in Win32 clients (includes Windows CE and Mobile). It uses a flag from the O.S. the signals if the internet connection is done using a modem.
