Target Description Control or variable to save the description of the root detection.
This action makes some checks on what normally is changed on the system when a device is rooted/jailbroken, but there are many methods of rooting/jailbreaking a device and also methods for cloaking, so this action is only an attempt to detect this state in the most common situations, but it is not guaranteed to always detect a rooted/jailbroken device.
