Convert specified image in a specified format.
Parameters

| Source File <string> |
|
The full path and name of the source file. |

| Format <unquoted string> |
|
The type of format of the image that was being converted.
There are several formats available: Auto, JPG (.jpeg), BMP (.bmp), GIF (.gif) or PCX (.pcx). |

| Target File <string> |
|
The target file name that saves the converted image. The user must indicate the full path and the file name. |

| Format <unquoted string> |
|
The type of format of the saved file with a converted image.

| Quality <numeric> |

A number that represents the quality of the image. It only available when the image format is JPEG. |
